UNOPRIMA Srl considers the continuous improvement of its processes, as well as the Quality Management System, one of the strategic tools through which achieve the objectives of its business. The company aims to remain at the forefront in the evolutionary process of sandblasting market, painting, anticorrosion treatments and painting for the mechanical and construction sector, through the continuous improvement in quality of products and services and its environmental performance and maintaining forefront their systems.
In the perspective of customer orientation, the company has defined and implemented a market strategy aimed at identifying needs and requirements of customers and defining and correctly describing the relevant performance of the services offered. In compliance with these principles, UNOPRIMA promotes all the necessary actions so that the processes and activities are oriented to the achievement of the following objectives:
  • Adopt an organization oriented to the process approach that includes methods for measuring performance and processes of the Management System of Quality, through the definition of monitoring indicators.
  • Develop innovative products and services with high technological content that satisfy and anticipate customer expectations
  • Search for new technologies that can make products / services offered ever more efficient and reliable
  • Valorise human resources and their professional growth at all levels through the definition of awareness and training programs, to reach and maintain an adequate level of staff competence, understood as the ability to face the technical and managerial problems of the company in line with the customer’s expectations
  • Spread the culture of quality, through appropriate information actions for all staff and raising awareness, also ensuring proper internal communication on Quality theme, to stimulate the involvement of personnel at all levels so that, fully understanding the Quality Policy, you actively collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the Management System for Quality.

The Quality Policy is reviewed and, if necessary, updated during the Management Review.
